With the global focus on COVID-19 and the expected spread of the virus over coming weeks and months, Access4 has considered how we as a business can assist partners and their clients to reduce risks and enable staff to work remotely.

We recognise the need to support and stimulate small and medium businesses across both Australia and New Zealand with technology that can ensure business continuity and allow them to trade through this potentially difficult time.

After careful consideration the Management Team at Access4 has decide to support Microsoft’s initiative to provide free MS Teams licensing by removing our licensing component from the product for the same period of time to encourage small businesses to adopt new collaboration business tools.

In a nutshell, the carriage costs paid for calls will still be payable, but the Soft-Switch, SBC and Encryption licenses will be removed to lower the cost by up to 50% until September 30, 2020.

Access4 is encouraging all partners that have access to the MS Teams product line through SASBOSS to talk to their customers that aren’t currently utilising Unified Communication products and understand if their business can adapt to a remote working practice. We’ve created an email campaign and talk track to help facilitate these conversations, which you can download here.
