Marketing Communications Coordinator – Melbourne 

As a “partner only” organisation the communication and education of our partners is critical to their success in the market. The Marketing Communications Coordinator’s role is to support the partners’ sales efforts through targeted marketing activities and their education through content for partners’ staff and customers. Key areas of this includes:

  • General marketing activities to support partner development
  • Digital marketing, web and social
  • Campaign management
  • Public relations support

This role is fast paced, highly varied and requires the ability to deliver projects to deadlines. It will suit someone looking to make their mark in the Cloud Unified Communications Space.

Partner Success Manager – Melbourne

The Partner Success Manager’s role is to support the partner in successfully growing their Unified Communications presence using Access4 products. As a “partner only” organisation the support of our partners is key to ensure that Access4 is delivering outstanding customer experience to its partners and in turn our partners to end customers.

The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for channel growth and carry targets user ends growth, partner growth, revenue, and NPS. Key areas of the role includes:

  • Work with partners’ sales and product management teams to ensure that the Access4 product suite is positioned with the partner and their strategy
  • Work with the partners’ sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure that partners have completed all on boarding activities and maintain training and accreditation.
  • Manage Partner and End customer NPS
