The Access4 team is celebrating the 2020 CRN Impact Awards announcement after being nominated as one of two finalists in the Platform Innovator category on the 23rd of July. The CRN Impact Awards celebrate channel-led projects that make a difference for customers, while the newly added Platform Innovator category specifically recognises the development of IP value-adds to cloud and SaaS platforms.

Access4’s Microsoft Teams Calling solution, launched this year in Australia and New Zealand has transformed the market for Managed Service Providers looking to reach new audiences and adapt a better standard of digital collaboration to their unified communications product set. Removing the technical challenges of integrating Microsoft’s industry preferred platform, Access4 partners can automate initial setup requirements via SASBOSS (Access4’s proprietary platform for provisioning, management and invoicing) and sell Microsoft Teams based unified communications with advanced telephony and call centre features via BroadWorks.

This groundbreaking solution opens up digital collaboration solutions to a range of small and medium businesses who would generally be deterred by the investment and change management requirements of unified communications, particularly during a time where distributed workforces are not only more popular but necessary given current world events.

Technical Director, Stan Chizhevsky said “recognition from the industry is a great way to cap off a product launch of this calibre” and noted how Microsoft Teams had extended product options for MSPs offering unified communications to their customers. “With Microsoft Teams Calling, transforming cloud voice into unified communications is now an easy conversation to have with customers. The technology and automation we have built behind the product makes delivery seamless and easy for our partners and is well aligned to the other products we offer”.
