Partner Success Managers

The Partner Success Manager’s role is to support the partner in successfully growing their Unified Communications presence using Access4 products. As a “partner only” organisation the support of our partners is key to ensure that Access4 is delivering outstanding customer experience to its partners and in turn our partners to end customers.
The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for channel growth and carry targets user ends growth, partner growth, revenue, and NPS. Key areas of the role include:
- Work with partners’ sales and product management teams to ensure that the Access4 product suite is positioned with the partner and their strategy.
- Work with the partners’ sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure that partners have completed all on-boarding activities and maintain training and accreditation.
- Manage Partner and End customer NPS.
